📢  Release Notes

New releases in the YOUFactors application will be marked with a 🔔 blinking effect for Administrators, which will automatically stop after  3 days. The "New Releases" link will be accessible under the 👤 "My Profile" dropdown.

✍️ Close Call Author Name

A new feature allows administrators to choose whether to record the names of the users entering Close Calls ✍️. When 🕵️ Anonymous Mode is off, users can choose to record their name or record Close Calls anonymously using a ☑️ checkbox. If selected, the name appears on the registered page and in a 📊 new column on the Close Call list.

📄 Close Call Registered Export to PDF

Administrators can now export Close Calls submitted by users as PDF files from the ✏️ Edit Close Call page, with all details included in the exported document.

🗂️Close Call Group Filter 

Administrators can now filter the Close Calls Report 🗂️ by groups (Location, Department, Title), displaying only the relevant results based on the selected groups.

🗂️ RYS Conversations Report 

The 🗂️RYS Conversations Report now displays all supervisors, including those who haven’t submitted any entries.📌 This improvement helps administrators quickly identify supervisors with no submissions.

🔒 Close Call Register Enhancement
Users can now choose to include their name or submit anonymously using a new checkbox option on the Close Call Register page.

🏷️ Updated Labels
Label text has been updated for both Enterprise Login and Trial Access Login screens for improved clarity.

ℹ️ New Instructional Message
New Instructiona message have been added on the Login and Free Trial pages to guide users more effectively.

📈 Learner Progress Report – When filters are applied to the report, the 📄 exported file will now display the same filtered results, ensuring accuracy and consistency. ✅

👥 A significant update was made to the User Management module where the "Full Name" column in the user listing was split into two distinct fields: "First Name" and "Last Name." This change has been consistently implemented across the platform, including user listings, assignments, record completion workflows, and all associated reports.

🔐 A security update was rolled out to enhance user login session handling across both YOUFactors Web and Mobile applications. These improvements are designed to bolster session security and protect user access more effectively.

📊 The Learner Course Progress Report was enhanced with a new Active/Inactive filter, enabling administrators to filter learners based on their status. The selected status now also appears in the report results for added clarity.

 🌐 Additionally, the User Management - User listing page now supports language bulk updates for multiple users at once. If the currently logged-in user is included in the selection, their language preference will remain unchanged.

📱YOUFactors App – New Release: Version 2.0.21

🔹 The calendar option for Habit Reminders has been removed from the Edit Habit screen. The current date is now automatically assigned as the start date for all habits.

⚙️ A functional update was applied to the User Management interface where filters now remain persistently applied after a user’s details are edited and saved. This enhancement improves workflow continuity and user efficiency.

👤 A new capability was introduced that allows admins to assign the Supervisor role to members of the IMPress team. This can be done without affecting their current roles (such as Administrator or Report Manager), enabling users to gain additional permissions while maintaining their existing access levels.

The YOUFactors platform now supports dynamic language detection, ensuring a seamless user experience. When users click on links in specific emails, including invitation, verification, forgot password, and survey emails, the login/password setup page will be displayed in their preferred language, providing a personalized experience, improved accessibility, and streamlined onboarding.

A new survey module has been added to the menu, offering enhanced functionality with three key options: Download QR CODE & Survey Link for easy sharing, Post Survey Notification to enable/disable notifications and preview email content, and Survey Report to view and analyze results, all conveniently located within the module.

🚀 Enhanced User Management for Seamless Administration! 

Admins, we’ve made managing users even easier! With our latest update, you can now select multiple users at once and quickly update their status to Active or Inactive—all through the new Action (More options) icon.

And that's not all! The Delete option has been moved to the same convenient drop-down menu for faster access.

Plus, the Actions button has been renamed to Assignment, allowing you to effortlessly assign or unassign courses to users directly from this streamlined menu.

🥋 Karate Animation: Earn Your Belts!

Celebrate your progress in the CERTs+ course with an interactive Karate master animation! As you complete each module, a Karate belt animation will appear. But that's not all—after every two modules, your updated belt will be displayed right on the course listing page, both in the thumbnail and banner image. 🥇

The Module Tab tracks your progress and shows you which belt you're currently working towards and the next achievement. Need more details? Simply click on the Certificate Tab to see which module you need to complete to earn your next belt. 

📢 Release Notes Notifications

Stay in the know with the latest updates! Administrator users will now receive release notes directly in the YOUFactors via a banner notification. Click to view all the new features and improvements. You can also access release notes anytime under the Profile icon. (Currently available for English language administrators)

📅 Site Expiration Alerts

Keep track of your site’s license status with Site Expiration notifications! Admin users can now view both the license start and end dates on the Settings page. As your site’s expiration date approaches, a pop-up reminder will appear 30 days in advance. Even after expiration, you’ll see a grace period reminder for 30 days, giving you time to renew before automatic deactivation .⏰

📊 RYS Conversations Report: Insights at Your Fingertips

Take your data analysis to the next level with the RYS Conversations Report! Admin users can now view detailed reports of total conversations recorded, the number of supervisors involved, and a monthly graphical chart to track progress. Want more granular insights? Click on any supervisor to see their specific conversation details and performance metrics by date. 📈

📱YOUFactors App – New Release: Version 2.0.15

We’ve aligned new features across the app to enhance your experience:

  • Karate Animation is now in sync with the web platform for a smooth, engaging experience across all devices.

🔑 New Feature: Licensing - User Count

Admins can now track and manage site licenses with ease! Gain full visibility over your license usage to make informed decisions about renewals or upgrades.

  • Site License Details: View essential license information right on the dashboard and user management page.
  • Total Licenses: See how many licenses you've purchased.
  • Available Licenses: Track how many licenses are still available.
  • Active Users: Know how many users are currently active.
  • Inactive Users: Stay updated on inactive users.

📊 Enhanced User Experience: Surveys & Feedback

We’ve made it even easier to engage with your users and gather valuable insights throughout their learning journey.

  • Pre-Survey: New users will now be prompted to complete a pre-survey before accessing courses. If they choose to skip it, they can do so for the first three logins—but after that, completing the survey is required to access any features. 📝
  • Post-Survey: Upon completing all course units, users will be prompted to fill out a post-survey. Access to certificates requires completing the post-survey. Plus, a friendly popup reminder will appear if it's still pending. 🎓
  • Feedback: Users must provide feedback upon finishing all units in a course, and again, certificate access is tied to feedback completion. A helpful popup reminder ensures users never forget to leave their thoughts! 💬

📚 Redesigned Course Listing Page

The Course Listing Page gets a major facelift! With three new tabs per course, users can easily navigate and find everything they need:

  • About: Offers a clear course overview, details on skills gained, and author info.
  • Units: Lists all course units and refresher capsules, keeping learners on track.
  • Certificates: Provides easy access to earned certificates upon unit or course completion.

This new design ensures a cleaner, more intuitive experience, helping users engage with course content and track their progress like never before. 🌟

📱YOUFactors App – New Release: Version 2.0.14

The mobile app is now fully aligned with web platform updates, bringing the following enhancements to your fingertips:

  • Pre-Survey, Post-Survey, Feedback, Course Listing, and Certificate Enhancements are all synced across both web and mobile, ensuring a consistent experience whether you're using the platform on the go or on your desktop.

📚 Course Edit Page Enhancements

The Course Edit Page now includes a host of new options, making course customization even easier:

  • New "Settings" Tab:
  • Unit Level Certificate: Enable this to allow learners to view and download certificates after completing each unit. 🎓
  • Video Seek bar Restriction: Disable this feature to prevent fast-forwarding in course videos, ensuring students stay on track with content. ⏯️
  • "Unit Sequential Access" Option: Located in the "Unit Release" tab, this new feature gives you flexibility in how learners progress through your course:
  • When "Units Time Release" is disabled: Users can now complete units in any order, allowing for a more flexible learning experience.
  • Non-Sequential Unit Completion: Enable this option in the "Record Completion" module to award unit completions out of order, making it ideal for courses like EAU where sequential learning isn’t required.

We’ve also made some key improvements to User Management, making it simpler and more intuitive:

  • "Save" Button: We’ve renamed the “assign” and “unassign” buttons to “Save” on the user edit training tab to clarify the action and improve usability.
  • Information Message for Unassigning Courses: A helpful new information message now appears when unassigning courses, ensuring admins are fully informed before making any changes. ⚠️

  • "Invite Later" Confirmation Alert: Admins who select the "Invite Later" option during user import will now receive a confirmation alert, ensuring the process is completed successfully and without any surprises. ✅
  • "Force Password Change" Option: You can now select the "Force Password Change" checkbox, allowing users without an email address to reset their password on their first login, providing a smoother onboarding experience. 🔑

💻 User Interface Enhancements

We’ve fine-tuned the platform to make your navigation and content interaction even more intuitive:

  • Video Scroll Bar Positioning: The video scroll bar is now located on the right side of the screen, just after the "Next" button, for improved video navigation and a more seamless viewing experience. 🎥
  • Course Exit Alert Message Update: We’ve updated the course exit alert in the 1.0 course engine to read: "Do you want to exit the course?" for clarity and consistency across the platform. 🚪
  • Report Data Export Naming Convention: Now, when you export report data, the downloaded file will be named after the report itself, making it easier to organize and find your files. 📂
  • Survey Board Enhancement: We’ve removed the feedback circle from the distractors on the survey board in the course engine, providing a cleaner and more focused user experience. 🧹
